These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotes, bookings and work supplied by NAC Electrical Air & Refrigeration. By requesting a quote you agree to these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Any indicative pricing given over the phone or online is an estimate only. A firm quote is provided after we assess your property. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Bookings and access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including roof and sub-floor spaces where needed. If access is unavailable or unsafe on the agreed day, a call-out fee may apply.
Variations
If unforeseen conditions are found once work begins, such as existing wiring, structural or ductwork issues, we will discuss any additional cost with you before proceeding.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Equipment remains the property of NAC Electrical Air & Refrigeration until payment is received in full.
Warranties
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer warranty supplied with it. Our installation workmanship is covered by our own guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
